I have seen the movie 1991 - 1993 in TV ( Finland ) sorry my poor language.
I don't no the name of this movie, but it is American.
Movie ends when the house is burning and little young white girl are in stuck up in the
Staircase and staircase crash.

It is drama or horror movie.
