I think it's an old movie. I think it's based on a story. I think it may be an anthology.

All I remember is the boy is born from mud on the side of the road. I think he's supposed to be the devil. A couple driving by picks him up and they have dialogue. At the end of the film, it's night. They stop the car. The boy says something creepy and the couple look back at him. The camera pans away from the dark, silent car.
