    Craftsman radial arm saw does not cut, motor only hums
    Blew fuse when power turned on and kept on for a few seconds
    Reset button does not click
    Can turn saw by hand with power off
    Saw will not cut when power turned on

    Grounded armature, shorted brushes, bad motor windings.
