I'm having a problem with my rent I can't afford it I don't start my job till the 23rd my now I'm a couple months behind on rent I give the landlord as much money as I can when I can. I don't have rental agreement and he just told me yesterday that I have 3 days to give him $1000.00 or he's bringing the sheriff to kick me out no one that I know can help any advise is welcome

Basically if you don't pay him the back rent, he can file for an eviction in court against you, after he wins the sheriff office will come and set your property to the curb.

Wher I live, the court will give you three weeks to move before the sheriff comes. But you had better start looking for a place to stay.
