How can I set my thermostat to a constant temperature and override programming?

Consult your user manual or Google you brand and model number and see if one is available online.

There should ne Set or Mode button. Keep pushing it and it will finally show program OFF. I have a Honeywell, programmable, but I just turned the feature off.
