No water dripping from inside unit of central ac, air not blowing cool, lights dimmint for a second like it is clicking on

Could be a bad contactor, outside fan, compressor. Is the outside unit running?

Do you have a regular check before you use your A/C when the cooling season starts? Noticed any frozen lines from LOW refrigerant levels?
