The Brits did not wake up when their subway was bombed. Maybe now that the jihadists are attacking their children they will wake up from their complacent slumber . The closest we've gotten to a charge was from Sally Yates and James Clapper , who said that Flynn did something bad. When asked what that was ,they responded 'I can't tell you'. So far the only evidence we have of a crime being committed is the illegal unmasking of people in violation of the FISA rules and their 4th amendment protections by the emperor's people.

Factually Clapper testified that he had no knowledge of what the other intel agencies had about Flynn. Factually we do know that as an officer Flynn was prohibited from taking payments from a foreign government and REQUIRED to apply for permission for such payments, which he did NOT. Factually Obama's (AND any presidents) NSA advisor can request unmasking of Americans caught in the surveilled conversations of foreign governments without a warrant, and there is a process in place for such requests. Flynn got caught breaking the rules and all of those Trump guys who cannot remember their foreign contacts are hiding SOMETHING, especially Kurshner, who wanted to set up back channel direct links to Russia through their embassy.

You cannot ignore Trumps words and actions by blaming Obama. We may as well wait for the facts to be uncovered after the investigation into Trump and his minions.
