Yes, and speaking of NATO speeches. This clown has the unmitigated gall to chastize our allies for being behind in payments or not paying the agreed on 2% of GDP. As Merkel pointed out, there are a lot of ways Germany has supported NATO that aren't figured in Trump's accounting. It would in fact be almost impossible to keep this information a secret . Even submarines do port of call visits ,and sailors get the time to make visits in these port calls . I don't even understand why you would want to keep it a secret . Forward deployed assets don't do much for deterrence if the potential adversary doesn't know they are near . Btw ,the rotation of the 2 subs into the region was planned months ago.
