    Portable Garburator On Steroids?
Not a Garburator as Such, But Not connected to the Kitchen Sink.. We're in the process of revamping the Compost Pile.. Basically looking for something Portable to Mulch the Kitchen, Garden & Yard Waste , Break things down even more to Speed Up the Composting cycle if you will.. Thoughts & Ideas Appreciated, Cheers Thanks..

Not needed! A good compost breaks down really fast. Why waste electricity and have to deal with yet another appliance?
A good compost gets air from being stirred, heat from the sun, and a variety of plant/food matter. Beware of grass clippings. They are too compact by themselves and just mold.

I have heard of people who have two drains under their sink, with a switch - one sends everything outside and one down the drain.
