We just Installed a New Kitchen Sink from Blanco (Germany) complete with the Drain Board.. It's all Nice & Shinny wiped down BUT scratches Easy, We put a Rack with rubber bumpers at the bottom of the Basin..

Curious Just Asking, Is there any such thing on the Market that is Safe such as a Coating that can be Applied to prevent the scratching.. Thoughts Appreciated Cheers Thanks

No, really don't think so.
Some buy satin finish stainless so they don't have to keep it shiny; others like to try anything.
What bothers me aren't scratches but 'scum,' really just mineral deposits, which come off with the green 3M side of a sponge if you do it often enough, but you need steel wool if you don't (I don't).
I did squirt ketchup all over the sides of mine because it worked so well on copper bottomed pans. It worked on the scum too! I had made zig zag patterns and they lasted for weeks.
Ketchup works because it's acidic. You can use any acid. If you don't mind spending money, fill up the sink with hot water and a gallon of vinegar or quart of tomato juice.
Most of us resort to total steel wool, eventually.
