UTI most likely. Just guessing though. You could go buy a test to see if that's what you have, but going to the dr. would be appx. The same price as buying an at home test. In the meantime, drink plenty of water... also, OTC meds. AZO are available to help out with pain. It's a dye that coats the urinary system... but will turn your urine an orange Kool Aid color and it does stain clothes, so panty liners would be good. The only cure for UTI's that I know of are prescribed antibiotics, so see a dr.Quote:

UTI's are 90% the time caused by E. Coli, produced in the colon. It gets transferred from the back to the front so to speak. A very small percentage of the time, chlamydia is the culprit. It is the STD associated the most with UTI's and like symptoms.
Okay it is not a STD I am married and I know I know he could be cheating but I know he isn't because if he wanted it somewhere else he would just ask and it doesn't happen all the time just sometimes I have been trying to drink more water to see if that helps and it does sometimes it is just strange how it comes and goes
We know it is not appendicits because you would have pain in your right lower quadrant of your abdomen and once it begins it must be removed as rupture occurs within 24 hours. So, that is not it.
Now, as far as UTIs. It could possibly be that as many are asymptomatic. Have you found yourself going more often? Do you have any pubic or back pain? Do you feel as though you are emptying your bladder completely?
You have been trying to drink more water, that is good, you need 8 - 10 glasses per day. I hope you are avoiding coffee, tea, spices, citrus, alcohol and colas, such as coke or pepsi, as all of those are bladder irritants.
Try to empty your bladder completely every 2-3 hours. I know you hate running to the doctor, but UTIs do not clear up on their own and need a round of antibiotics.
Could be a kidney infection . Go to your GPQuote:
