Hi! I have found a pill in one of my children's bedrooms and I don not know what it is! This pill is rectangular shaped, very white, it looks like you could break it into 2 1/2 to 3 pieces and it has the number 5 on each piece! I have had a friend tell me that it is xanax but I would like to know for sure before jumping the gun! Thanks for the help!

It sounds like xanax to me. (A very addictive benzo)
You might have luck at your local pharmacy- I am sure they can positively identify it for you if they are willing

Ok, guess you were out parting this weekend and took abunch of drugs you did not know what it was, or perhaps you have teenagers taking drugs and you want to know what to look for.

Come on, we don't just find pills on the side walk ( HEY I found a pill) and take it home and wonder if I should take it.

I have asked this 100 times and never once does the original poster say why he "FOUND" a pill and did not just throw it away or go talk to his drug store.
