I was married to 2nd September 2013. Now marriage has been resolved. I never want to contact that person again but he always tries to contact me. He has started chasing me. Until now all my efforts are useless. Kindly give me any suggestion so that he never think about me.

If family or your local clergy cannot help, then you must seek the help of the local law enforcement. I doubt he ever forgets about you, but you can force him to stop the stalking harassment which is unwanted and may be dangerous.
