I 've noticed water under the pergo flooring in the kitchen.the pergo started to bubble so I knew it is water under.Plumber came ,pipes are OK,no leakage,the pressure do not drop.Regular use of the sink do not make water to leak.When I use the dishwasher the floor starts to get wet , specially when it drains.

Where is your dishwasher (DW) drain connected to ? Usually, DW drains into garbage disposer, then into kitchen drain.

If you are sure floor gets wet only when DW runs than it can be that DW leaks during operation. It could be drain or any other plumbing part in the DW itself. Water leaks under the flooring and runs under the planks making it look like it is a slab leak

I would remove kick plate from the bottom of the DW, took flash light and run a DW cycle while inspecting underside of the DW for leaks
