Don't know what year (80's?) but I think it had Christopoher Walking in it. There was a brief bar scene where there was this small monkey like the one in Pirates of the Caribbean in a white elvis jumpsuit and pasted on sideburns jumping all over the bar... One of the funniest things I have ever seen but cant place the movie
