Log in where? Are you supposed to add or eliminate hyphens or spaces? Are you using the right person's SSN?

Telling WHERE you are trying to log into would be a big belp!

First, is the SSN right? Is it yours? If so, check the format, are they asking you to include spaces, or dashes, or just one long number with no spacing at all.

But yes, it really would help to know where you're trying to log into.
