PCP? That's a drug. PVC. Can't do it. Possible reline but not replace without a tearout. You may have a problem finding the exact layout under your house.

If you are asking for blueprints of sewer pipes on your property, and within the footprint of your house - than I am almost certain there is no blueprints. That's because they are not required. Every plumbing installation is unique.

In this situation, I would call plumber with pipe locating equipment and have him to trace the pipe under the slab, then cut the floors accordingly.

If it is on the exterior of your house, than you can have the pipe re-lined. It is a bit costly, but less mess

    Hope that helps

I couldn't get anything on my last house. The town hall burned down.
