I will assume Spain. Depends on what time you are talking about. Under some Muslim rulers of Spain, Jews were treated favorably, more than Christians. From 711 up to the mid-twelfth century, flourishing Jewish communities had developed throughout Muslim Spain (al-Andalus), creating a culture full of vitality in the Islamic centers of power such as Granada, Cordoba, Lucena, Merida, Saragossa and Seville. When the Almohades from Africa conquered Córdoba in 1148 and threatened the Jewish community with the choice of conversion to Islam, death, or exile, most Jews, chose exile.
Christians typically did worse but again it depends on the time and rulers.

After the Spanish defeated the Moors, in 1492, Ferdinand and Isabella had all Jews expelled. The Expulsion of the Moriscos (African Muslims) was decreed by King Philip III of Spain on April 9, 1609. Many of the Muslim mosques were converted to Christian churches. Today, Spain is much more tolerant and has not had recent terrorism attacks like some other countries. 2004 was not as good . You can read up on those attacks here.
