15 year old daughter modeling in Japan?
I am a married and my wife and I have a 15 year old daughter. We all live together. Unbeknownst to me they visited New York where a modeling agency awarded my daughter a 90 day contract to model in Japan. My wife signed a contract and they already had a passport for my daughter before they decided to tell me anything at all. I was told they were visiting an old neighbor in NJ for a week. Is there anything I can do to stop her from going to Japan? My wife is dead set on her going, but I am worried for her safety... a 15 year old that does not even know the language in Japan alone.

HOW CAN I STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING?

This is how they get sold into white slavery. Tell your wife no. If she dose not listen call the police a lawyer what ever. There is no way a 15 yr old needs to be treated like this.
The Japanese are a bunch of perves.

If you wife is going with her, this can be a great opportunity, why not.

This is an issue between you and your wife. You can of course file for a restraining order in family court to stop her pending a court hearing which would be after the modeling date.

But all sorts of red flags go off in my head, who is paying for this treat, is the modeling agency pre paying all the tickets or does your wife have to pay for them so get "paid latter"
Was your daughter modeling in NY, or did some stranger just walk up to them and want her to "model"
