Hi Im in my 2nd day of nc after my girlfriend broke up with me 1 month ago for she neeeded time on her own and I was to clingy. I Bugged her for a moth and shre seemed like she still liked me but from everyone telling me on here it seems like she was just a bit guilty cause we were together for 3 1/2 years and she is feeling bad for dumping me cause I was so nice to her... what an idiot for being so nice... or well this nc is so hard I want to message or call but my best option is to not let her play me and hope she realises she does want me and comes back. Im not holding my breath onthat though I don't think she will be back, I just didn't keep the attraction and feelings up. Anyway I've joined the gym and started swimming amazingly it took this break up for me to get interested in anything apart from being with her... Just sometimes find myself wishing I had been more interested in other hobbies while I was wityh her and had less time for her... Anyway 2nd day of nc its going to be a long road for me hope I can make it its getting more difficut each day. I liked her so much and she liked me but to say this has torn me apart. I realise what I was doing wrong you can't give yourself totally to someone or they walk on you. Anyway 2nd day is hard and I'm hoping to go two weeks and if she calls I'm not going to answer I will let her wonder what I'm doing like I've been wondering what she doing. HOPE SHE COMES BACK. Don't listen to a thing that people on here say about your relationship. We aren't psychic and we don't know the two of you and what you had. If you believe in your heart she still likes you than by all means... Go to the gym, swim, take your mind off her, but you don't need to completely forget her. She may come back and you don't want to push her away forever. Just my take. Like I said, as far as I know nobody here has psychic powers!

Concentrate on yourself and abide by no contact until you feel completely healed. BY then you probably won't even want to go back! Give it time.
