I have spark at plugs and have fuel to fuel rail, injectors are not firing engine cranks but will not start.

I'm no mechanic but I had a string of Hondas and they ALL demanded dry gas in winter in the north, or they would not start.

Check camshaft position sensor.

Check to see if there is a camshaft position sensor. Injectors will not fire if it is bad, not uncommon.

Odds are that the distributor is bad--internal sensors have gone. Install a new genuine Honda distributor housing, reusing your old ICM and coil. Aftermarket distributors for Hondas are junk. That should solve the problem.
