Try using Pantene Pro-V Anti-Breakage shampoo and conditioner. You will find these at your local drug store or pharmacy. You should also do a deep conditioning treatment once a week until your hair recovers. Make sure to wear a swimming cap before you go swimming. A cap can protect your hair from damage caused by chlorine and copper sulphate in swimming pools.

Don't obsessively shampoo because it strips the natural oils in your hair, try conditioning often and only shampoo twice a week, wearing a swimming cap is also a fantastic idea make sure too wash your hair thoroughly after swimming with shampoo and conditioner.

Make sure you rinse your hair with JUSTCLEAN water for a long time immediately after swimming whenever possible, whether you use a cap. This will help to quickly counter the reaction from the chlorine in the pool. Try not to wait until your hair has dried. Another hint is to "conditioner wash" That is, washing your hair with conditioner AS IF it were shampoo. Conditioner has the same detergents as shampoo but not the same strippers. Use it the same way you would use shampoo (dont expect a big lather) rinse and repeat, and then use an anti breakage conditioner like someone else mentioned to actually condition your hair.
If you or your parents can afford it get a shower head that has a filter. Regular tap water has a certain amount of chlorine in it too, so a shower with a filter is GREAT for swimmers.
Lastly, protect your ends! Have split and unhealthy ends cut off and don't over brush them. Use extra conditioner on them as well .
    Good Luck

I know this is an old post, but I swam all throughout high school. I think what saved my hair was spraying in leave in conditioner, or detangler spray. It hydrates it and when you comb it through your hair won't be breaking off. I sprayed it in my hair after every practice and swim meet, then would wash it later. And of course use a shampoo for chlorine.
