First off you need to choose a service to use. You can google free email services and do some research to figure out which one works best for you. Then it is a matter of registering with that site and you will be all set.

You sign up with a service that provides e-mail boxes. As noted there are several free ones like Gmail, Hotmail and several others.

And avoid Yahoo mail. I've been having issues with my email account.

Oh, and use a cryptic name like d2a4c6e8ko at gmail dot com.

You have to choose a lot of email services available on the internet.You gave to choose Google mail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail and lot of available in internet choose one good for you.
