My boyfriend has had cloudy urine for the past few weeks. There is no change in odor, and urination is not painful. Any ideas as to what's wrong, and whether he should be worried?

It probably means he is eliminating a lot of minerals which isn't bad. The body gets rid of a lot of what it doesn't need and utilizes everything else. I don't think he need worry but should probably drink more water to balance everything out. If you ask him I bet he tells you he doesn't drink enough water
