F-1, but been in the US more than 5 years
    Hi,

I came to the US in July 2001 on an F-1 visa. I got an OPT in Feb '06 and switched to an H-1B in October 2006.

Since I have lived in the US for more than 5 years, should I be filing as a resident or non-resident?

    Thanks,
    Amri

You should file as a resident.
