You should tyr driving at night to see if it is on

First check the rheostst (dimming conrol) for your interior lighting to make sure it is not turned off. Second check for a blown fuse for your dash lights. If a fuse is blown, replace it. If it blows again, you will have to track the problem down, which could be time consuming.
