I just installed a 215 583 toilet. How do I allow more water to enter the tank? Not enough water to actually flush solid waste as it came already set up.

To allow water level in the tank to fill higher, you adjust the fill valve / float.

However, your toilet is Ultra Low Flush toilet ( 1.1 gal / 1.6 gal per flush ). It is designed and adjusted by manufacturer so it meters water per flush. No matter how high water level inside the tank is, you will always get that 1.1 / 1.6 gal per flush

If you need more water going into the bowl - than you could adjust flopper ( or purchase different one ), to stay in open position a bit longer. But here, I would have to ask: why buying Ultra Low Flush toilet in first place ?

    Hope that explains

Hate to say it but, I had one of these and HATED it! Had to flush 2X. Glad it went with the house when I sold it. Will never buy another one of those. Glacier Bay? Looks like a HD SKU.
