    Urgent iPad support
    Hi I have an iPad Air and I go to high school and they have an mdm profile on my iPad that I cannot delete. I have no FaceTime or App Store or iTunes Store or social media and it's bugging me a lot. Is there a website I can use to remove it or get my apps back, also I don't have a computer.

    Is the mdm profile so you can use your own device within the school network ?

    IS the iPad yours or the schools? If it is the schools then you're out of luck. If it is yours then you might take it, and your purchase receipt, to an apple store and talk to a Apple Support Represenitive. (I don't want to call them Genius because my experience has been... otherwise.).

    We're not going to give you instructions to compromise a system you do not legally own.
