I have replaced the radiator, thermostat, and flushed it very well. It does not register hot but its blowing water and fluid all over the engine

Why did you replace the radiator and t'stat? Where is it blowing the water? Did you open the bleed screw after filling? Honda's can easily overheat from lack of bleeding the system since the engine is lower than the radiator. Might be a bad head gasket
