A U.S. bomber pilot goes back to post war Germany to thank the family that saved his life. The family was killed by a U.S. bomb attack, but the girl survived and is working in a club as a B girl and is being used by a smuggling ring trying to resurrect the Nazis. Smuggling gold by hammering it into car parts. Circa 1950?

I'm answering my own question: It's called "The Devil Makes Three." I finally was able to look it up when I remembered that Richard Egan was in it. BTW, it's a good movie.
