A separation does not always mean the end of marriage. It is a time for reflection. Is the situation that difficult to mend ?

You need a good attorney if you do not already have one.

One side can not stop a separation, but again one side does not cause it alone.

You now find the best way to do the separation without losing everything.

Allow yourself time to hurt and then it will be time to heal. Breakups suck but you will survive it and you will move your life forward. Remember you can't control how other people feel about you or their actions. You can only control you. So do some positive things for you. Get exercise, see old friends, watch sports in your boxers - stuff we guys like to do.

Friends and family can help support you through this difficult time, and a doctor visit if you need it, may be an option.
