    Natural black hair that's dyed black, how can I lighten it?
    Hi im new to this! Ive been dying my hair black for about 2 years. My hair is naturally very dark brown/almost black already. Id really like to color it a light brown. should i strip my hair color, then proceedto try a light brown? thanks so much for any kind of help!:o

    Hiya I have dark hair but hate it being all over dark so I put a few blond streaks in the front try putting some in before you try it all lighter.

    If you apply a permanent color on your hair, it will results in a red/orange shade. In order to go from black to light brown, minus the red/orange shade, you will need to lighten your hair and then apply the desired color. Please have the coloring process professionally done.
