What is cost of running water line per foot including the trench but no meter? This is for an RV existing camp ground that is expanding. Also need 115 freezer proof stub up water faucets?

What you are going to pay is what a local contractor is going to charge you. I suggest getting at least three estimates from local contractors for the job.

No way to tell. Depends on soil components, Material used, how deep. Won't be cheap, particularly with the faucets. As Smoothy noted, get 3 quotes.
