I was divorced in NJ. My ex wife remarried and moved to NY. My son quit school and got a GED May 2015. He is not enrolled in school since then, and he will be 19 July of this year 2016. Do I still have to pay child support?

Possibly. New York
18 years of age; child support may continue until the child reaches 21 years of age
How long you have to pay support should be listed in your child support order. If the order was issued in NJ and your ex never transferred it to NY, then it may be under NJ law.
While its true that support is extended to 21 in NY, we can't say positively that your court order does. First thing I would do is read the order.
If NY were involved then it mostly depends on when you started to pay child support. The law there has changed several times bouncing between 18 and graduated High School to 21 or more years old. As Scott has said you might need to look at your original paperwork to figure it out.
