    HT Rose Bushes
I live in Ohio. I planted 2 new rose bushes last spring. A white HT John F Kennedy and a red Abraham Lincoln HT. I planted them about 2 feet from each other. They took off and blomed clear up till frost. I cut them back in the fall to about 2 feet from the ground. I noticed that my Blue girl HT rose bush is sprouting new leaves. I also cut it back last fall.
There are no new leaf sprouts on the Red or White rose bushes. Not one single sprout or any sign of new growth .
My question is do you have any suggestions of what to do?

    tickle
I always do a 'wiggle' test if I think a bush or shrub is not coming back. Just wiggle the plant a bit and if you feel the whole plant loose, then it is probably gone. I always make super sure by digging it up and if all the earth falls away from the root ball, then you know its completely gone.
