    Question is Can you send USPS Certified Mail to a PO Box? It is the Passport
    Agency???? I wonder who signs for it?? Thanks ladies and gents

    No, you cant send cert. mail to a po box. No one can sign for it pastor. Here in Canada they go to a street address only.

    That is incorrect for the USPS. If a certified letter arrives to the PO Box, then you get a note in your box. You take it to the counter, show your photo ID, and claim it. We get mail like this all of the time. It may be different in Canada, but Pastor asked about the USPS, which is the US Postal Service.

    TJ is correct. You will receive a slip in your box (can't remember if it's a yellow slip or pink slip) and you take it to the window at the post office. The clerk will then retrieve your certified mail for you.
