Ttrying to remember this movie. I think its about past and present or dreams or something like that.

But an old man plays a song on a piano out of tune trying to remember it, but then main character walks in on a scene and he remembers the song from a dream {i think} and then sits down and plays the song perfectly and old man realizez that that's the song he was trying to make or remember.
