I am trying to figure out the name of a movie that has been bothering me for some time.

Basically all I remember is a fight scene that took place near what I think was a boat dock or research station of some kind. The two people who were fighting were very muscular and were wearing like short shorts from the 80s which is when I think the movie may be from. At one point, one of the guys puts the other into a sort of head lock ends up breaking his neck. From what I remember the fight was fairly slow and was between either two white guys or a white and black guy... I can't really remember.

Sounds like the plot of anyone of a number of action movies sounds like an early Bond movie, Connery wore some short shorts in movies like Thunderball

Sigh. Not a lot of info to go on. Sorry. Like Clete said, it fits too many movies.

Can you narrow it down a bit? Any other of the plot that you remember?

I honestly only remember this one scene. I forgot to add, though, that I'm pretty sure compressed air tanks were part of the fight as well as it partially taking place in front of boats, hence the dock part, but I'm not so sure that helps anybody out. I don't think it's a bond movie though, because I don't remember the fight being between Connery, Moore, Lazenby, etc.
