Paige, how can you expect a serious answer? We don't know you and we certainly don't know your best friend. The only way to find out the answer to your question is to have a discussion with him about it. Maybe he is too shy or just as confused as you are. Wouldn't that be a shame to let an opportunity pass by because you both are too afraid to say anything to each other?

I've tried the best friends dating thing.. didn't work to well for me.. don't worry though.. the girls I tried to get with I'm still as good as friends as I was then.. if you tell them how you feel and they don't feel the same way then don't worry about it.. and if he is a good friend of yours he will understand and act like it never happened and you 2 can move on and still be friends
