    After the cause of the original overflow is found and corrected... or you will be cleaning up another overflow.

    What did you do when it overflow?

    If you haven't done anything I would suggest to use a plunger to make sure it is not clogged, Good luck.

    If the bowl overflows after you flush, that means toilet is clogged inside the bowl itself. Take 5' auger, insert it all the way inside the bowl, turn it and rotate it few times - and water should drain... Repeat if necessary
