It's a new house, when I run the washing machine in the laundry room I have no water pressure in the kitchen!!

Shouldn't this have been posted under plumbing?? If it's a new house, it is typically under warranty for a year. Contact the builder and they will have the plumber address. It could be a pinched line, inadequate supply or something else.
