I'm only getting hot water out of my new Glacier Bay faucet. How do I fix the problem?

Make sure the cold water stop valve is open.

Did it ever have cold, is this a new install?

Also, make sure your cold water supply line is not kinked...

You may have debris lodged in the cartridge, on cold water side. Try to move handle quickly several times left to right while in open position. Sometimes it dislodges. Also, try to Close and Open angle stop valve as there may be a debris inside the angle stop, too ...
