    Where it is, states and even local areas have their own rules.
    The other is how it was placed and even the condition.

    Anything can be moved, given time and enough money, the issue is the cost to the value

    Agree, you need to pay for permits from each town, you need permission from zoning in the town it will go to, you need wide load vehicles in front and in back of the towing truck, and finally, is a trailer that old going to pop rivets or seams being jostled on the roads?

    I doubt that you will find this affordable or even doable.

    45 years old! Doubt many places would allow you to move one this old. Have you checked the axles and frame?
