I find myself urinating a lot in the last year or so .I urinate a lot more during cold weather. Any suggestions or remedies welcome

You should go into this a lot further and see your doctor. Frequent urination is a sign of diabetes; doesn't matter cold weather or not. Remedies, yes, drink less water or whatever you are drinking. Have your bladder checked; which is pretty well invasive and uncomfortable. See your doctor and explain and have him schedule a procedure.
