But I have been very nervous about the probability of getting pregnant because of precum so I took plan b 31 hours later. It was an oral contraceptive not an actual plan B. It has been a week and I have no period yet. I only have this yellow discharge in my underwear. Could I be pregnant? Please answer.

Contraceptive pills don't work the same way that the plan B works. So, basically you didn't take anything to avoid pregnancy. Yes, pre-ejaculate can cause pregnancy. If you don't get your period in the next week or so you can take a pregnancy test using first morning urine and following the directions carefully.

Even if this was a real Plan B, it is not 100 percent effective and gets less and less effective the longer you wait.

So this was not plan B and really useless.

ANY time there is penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy. You can minimize the risks but not eliminate them. At this point it's a reasonable time to take a pregnancy test.
