If you are in the U.S. then your not likely to get a grant for high school because high school is free. No grant needed.

Great advice, cdad. Just visit the school district office in your area to get information about high school equivalency courses, or completion, depending upon your needs.

You would only need a grant for a private school. Public schools, up to college level, are free, at least in the US. Where are you located?

As was mentioned by others. You don't get paid to go back to high school after you drop out. It was free to begin with. Where you are located is important to give you a better answer.

The caveat here is that the OP dropped out of high school, therefore, in many places the OP would not be able to go back, depending on age. Therefore, he/she would have to obtain a GED. The GED courses and test are not free in many areas. With that said, grants are not offered for this purpose. Contact your local board of education to find out how you can accomplish your goal.

Many of the churches around the Atlanta area offer free GED classes but you may need to pay for the exam.
