    Trying to conceive
    Hi ,

    I am 24, married before 9 months.
Have thyroid since 8 yrs.Have irregular periods. It is always normal with a capsule I use everyday.I do regular check up and it was never an issue.
2 months back , I relocated to US to my hubby.Since one month ,doing regular exercise 5 workouts a week burning 500 calories/workout.I do no have PCOS too.
I had my last period on Jan 8th when I took a meprate tablet.
Last two weeks, once in a week I spotted but no periods.
What's happening in my body! Puzzled.. Am I carrying(we met once a week in these 2 months) ? Or is it because of exercise? Or location change?
Please suggest me tips for becoming pregnant too

    Looking for help.
    Thank you

First, it can take several months to conceive if everything is normal. Infertility specialist will probably not even look at you unitl 6 momnths of trying has elapsed.

Second. You should discuss with your physician what might be going on with your body.

There are many ways to increase the chances of getting pregnant. Tracking your ovulation, certain positions, and others come to mind.

Have you tried a pregnancy test yet? That would be the first thing to check.

Cycles can be off for a number of reasons. The move, for example, could be enough. Did you take just one meprate tablet?

Since you've recently moved, have you had a chance to start with a new doctor in the US? Now would be a good time. You could see a gynecologist/obstetrician for a preconception visit to go over your medical history and discuss your plans for pregnancy.
