Eat well, all major food groups with the recommended amount, daily. Exercise regularly, which you're doing.
Vitamin supplements if you're not getting the recommended amount of nutrition every day. Look up the 4 major food groups and the daily recommended amount, and what that amount gives you. Compensate for any discrepancies. Buy organic when you can.
You're doing great. If you feel great too, that's your body telling you you're doing what it needs you to do. :)
