Hello how long can they keep someone who turns 20 been in jail since 2015 on a child molestation charge but hasn't been indicted yet they are tryn to find thi person incompetent to stand trial?in the state of Georgia need answers so I can help this family out they don't know what to do.

Tell them to get an attorney. The Constitution gives people a right to a speedy trial. But if competency is involved they could be taking their time.
