On birthcontrol. The one in the arm. Had periods every month since getting birth control. Haven't had a period since January. In January I was prescribed antibiotics. Took a test a week ago. It was negative. Have back pain, fatigue and frequent bathroom visits. Need to know if I should be concerned

For the peace of mind, I'd see the doctor to ask about having a pregnancy blood test done.
